All items sold by WovenGraceCreations are handmade crocheted and sewn products.

Due to the handmade nature of our items:

  • Minor variations in color, size, texture, and stitching are normal
  • Product photos are representative examples and not exact replicas
  • These variations are not considered defects

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items are made specifically for you and are final sale.

  • Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details
  • WovenGraceCreations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

5. Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time required to create and prepare your order before shipment.

  • Processing times vary by product and are listed where applicable
  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • WovenGraceCreations is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Custom or personalized items: No returns or refunds
  • Non-custom items: Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photo evidence of the issue
  • Approved returns may be replaced or refunded at our discretion

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started

9. Care Instructions & Product Use

Care instructions are provided when applicable.

  • WovenGraceCreations is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, or misuse
  • Products are intended for normal use only

All designs, product names, photos, patterns, and content are the intellectual property of WovenGraceCreations.
